What I do.
What I do.

As a professionally experienced operatic mezzo soprano, I've lived the life of a performing artist. I know its joys. And I respect its unique challenges.
I now unite my abilities as a performer with my formal training as a helping professional. While my primary focus offers a fresh platform of looking at the Performing Artist from the fundamentals of therapeutic counseling, I also extend services to those outside the field, with special emphasis on Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Solution-focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Person-Centered Therapy. Other areas of focus include dealing with the issues facing members of the LGBTQ community as well as dealing with the impact of grief and loss in all contexts of life.
My clients can expect full confidentiality and a fluid, customized use of our time together. Our one-to-one sessions are conducted online to accommodate the schedules and shifting logistical demands of professional performing artists both here and abroad. In-person meetings are also available by special arrangement.
Contact me and let's connect.
Yours sincerely,
